This three story community building in Seattle packs in a lot: social services, an outpatient health clinic, a maker space, a community kitchen, teaching spaces, an event center, and a catering kitchen. D.M. Kelly handled all the plumbing, which ran the full range from clinic fixtures to two separate kitchens. Each use had its own requirements, and the supply and drainage systems were laid out to keep them all running under one roof.
