"My disposal wasn't working. I called Kayla, officer manager at DM Kelly Mechanical. She said DM could come to my home after Christmas. Kayla was proactive and asked me to send a picture of the disposal. "We can get one now and that saves you time and the technicians time just in case they have to replace yours. I appreciated her forward thinking. The technicians, Trevor and Aidan, arrived early on the 26th and fixed the disposal. The culprit was a popsicle stick! The guys gave me a tutorial on what to do if my disposal wasn't working in the future. They also suggested an easy way to clean the disposal--fill it with ice and turn it on. I usually use a concoction of vinegar and soda. Ice is much easier and it works. I love working with pro-active, knowledgeable and dedicated people who make my life easier.
