The Rainier Building is an 8 story, 204 unit luxury condominium tower with three levels of enclosed parking on the Tacoma waterfront at Point Ruston, looking out over Commencement Bay. D.M. Kelly installed the entire plumbing system, running water, waste, and vent lines through all eight floors and setting fixtures across all 204 units. A high-rise this size needs its water distribution carefully laid out for pressure and flow, and the parking levels added their own drainage work.
