Sunset Gardens is a 76 unit mixed use building with three floors of affordable housing over a floor of commercial office space. D.M. Kelly handled the plumbing throughout, from the residential units up top to the ground-floor offices, which included the buildout for the Renton Housing Authority. That meant tying the apartment supply and drainage systems together with the commercial restroom and break room plumbing below.
