Now known as the Rise at 19th, this is a 64 unit affordable housing building in Tacoma. D.M. Kelly was responsible for the full plumbing scope across all 64 units, running domestic water, drain, waste, and vent lines and setting every fixture from the kitchens to the bathrooms. Common areas and back-of-house spaces were plumbed as part of the same build.
