Gencare Lifestyle is a senior living community at Point Ruston with 159 senior apartments, 24 memory care units, and full commercial kitchen and laundry facilities. D.M. Kelly installed all of the plumbing, including the unit fixtures, accessible fixtures suited to senior and memory care residents, and the heavy-duty rough-in for the commercial kitchen and laundry. Those back-of-house systems carry a lot of demand, and they were built to run all day.
