The Century Building is a mixed use project at Point Ruston that brings together a movie theatre, 40 condo units, 156 apartments, and several other tenant improvement spaces. D.M. Kelly handled the plumbing across the whole project, from the residential units to the high-occupancy restrooms and concession plumbing the theatre needs. Coordinating that many different uses in one building took a plumbing system designed to keep them separate but connected.
